The Gourmie Guide is a physical monthly mail subscription delivered by USPS within the United States.

When Will My Guide Be Sent?

The Gourmie Guide is prepared and mailed monthly.

Subscribe by the 18th of the month to receive the upcoming month's edition.

Subscriptions placed after the 18th will receive the following month's edition.

Delivery

The Gourmie Guide is sent using standard USPS mail and does not include tracking.

Because delivery times can vary, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date.

Once your Guide has been mailed, delivery is dependent on the postal service and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, or other postal delays.

Mailing Address

Please make sure your mailing address is accurate and complete when placing your order.

If you move or need to update your address, please update your customer account or contact The Gourmie as soon as possible.

The Gourmie is not responsible for mail sent to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer.

Missing or Delayed Mail

If your Guide has not arrived within a reasonable period after the expected mailing window, please contact us so we can help determine the best next step.

Because The Gourmie Guide is sent without tracking, we may not be able to determine its exact location once it has entered the mail system.
