To create an accurate illustration, the client is responsible for providing:

• Reference photos of each food or drink being illustrated. Photos should clearly show the dish and its presentation.

• Final menu copy, including the exact names, descriptions, prices, and any other text that should appear on the menu.

• Any relevant branding or design references you'd like considered.

Reference materials and final copy must be provided before illustration work begins. Changes to the food, drink, menu copy, or overall direction after illustration has begun may require additional fees and/or affect the project timeline.

For menu projects, please provide the most up-to-date menu information available so the final design accurately reflects what guests will receive.

Estimated turnaround: 2–3 weeks, depending on project scope and event date.
